"My agent Austin was very helpful and got everything done for me🙃. Then I started getting into situations that I wasn't at fault for and it feels as if I'm being punished. I got a vehicle stolen they never came out to the scene for investigation purposes and neither did police, then tried to cipher personal information and don't want to tell me why. They hired a lawyer for me and they can't tell me why this information is needed either, still haven't heard back from her after I let her know noone denied giving up information just wanted to know why it was needed. I guess was asking to many of the right questions. Im so disappointed and thinking hard about leaving them. I've been a loyal customer for years and I don't spend my money where loyalty don't go both ways. They don't answer the phone when I call and at one point I talked to my agent regularly_ especially when they were trying to get me to get those policies but I'm glad I see who I'm doing business with cause if they doin all this about a car they will do everything not to pay out those policies too. Im good on yall👎🏾. Im in a situation right now with someone that has DUIs and did a hit and run on me and they are still a customer, but some how it will be my fault because of the people and places yall CHOOSE to insure.NOT. Im done being the victim that gets victimized. SAD CASE🙄."
